Shop Policies

Shipping:

All in stock items will be shipped within one week of receiving your order.

All packages include tracking.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for domestic delivery and up to 12 weeks for International delivery, though most packages arrive much sooner. 

Shipping can be unpredictable around the holidays so please allow extra time for delivery.

Shop is not responsible for stolen packages. Package theft is not covered in shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. You can file a claim with your chosen shipping carrier if package is stolen.

Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly. Shop is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.

International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes/tarriffs, and additional postal fees.

Sales are Final: 

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Please inspect your order when package is delivered and contact me immediately if anything is damaged or you received the wrong item. I am happy to work with you to make it right. 

Refunds are determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of shop.
